Acacia wood is forest grown, hardy, environmentally friendly and sustainable making it an ideal wood for carving, slicing or chopping fruits, vegetables and herbs and perfect for serving up anti-pasti, salads, breads, cheeses, cooked meats and more.

Not dishwasher safe. Hand wash with water in a mild detergent, rinse and towel dry.

Oil periodically with food grade mineral oil.
